Thanks everyone! I will go, it would be stupid not to. Dont know why I actually feel embarassed if my numbers go up from being glutened. But I guess in this world "glutening" will happen on occassion no matter how good you try to be. I didnt want them to think I was being a "non compliant" celiac patient. Hi Everyone! My dietician I saw had given me a card of a dentist who is gluten free. I finally made an appointment and then found out I am not covered by the gluten free dentist. If I go to a regular dentist will I get glutented? Any thoughts, suggestions??? What do other people do? Thanks! -

Not that brand, but I switched from Advil to a Rite Aid generic brand for a couple days and I was sick. I had no idea what it was. I wasnt eating gluten I was sure of it. So maybe it was that, maybe not. I also called the 800 line with no help. To be safe I went out and bought the Advil brand for next time I need it. Cant say for sure what it was... -

My main symptoms were headaches/anxiety/panic/bloating/constipation since I was around 13 years old, now I am 34. I went gluten free in April (with some mistakes) and my headaches are gone. I was pretty sure Smirnoff was made from corn and I thought it was safe. I wonder if hard alchol is just too much on my healing intestines right now? Wine, no problems. I really dont know what it was. My nausea is getting better day by day. Who knows, maybe it is not even that I was glutened,maybe some things are just harder then others to digest... -

True OtimistcMom42, I dont think I have eatin ground beef in a year! And although I cut the pepper in half it still was very dense. I usually have soup for lunch or a light salad. thanks! -

today, I had half a stuffed pepper. I cooked rice seperate. Cooked ground pork and beef with onion and tomatoe paste (Vitelli----). I combined the meat/sauce and rice mixter then stuffed a pepper with it baked it. When I get sick after lunch it can be anything. Lettuce, cooked veggies with Mrs. Dash and Bush's kidney beans. I am dying to go out for Mexican food! I have only ventured to eat out in the last 10 months to one gluten free pizza place (got stomach cramps). And to Charlie Browns twice and I ordered on there gluten-free Menu, and that was fine. But what about going to a traditional mexican resturaunt.........? Too much chance for croass contamination?

Sandsurfgirl.... yeah that was a bad day b/c I was at work all day and going to a hockey game straight from work. So my dinner was lighter than usual. Normally I would have had some meat in it. I tarnalberry, you're rigtht, yesterday was not verry balanced. I usually do have a protein for dinner, and sometimes in my luch too. I use to have almonds for a snack but stopped it for some reason. That might help with the fat. Still feeling sick this morning. I am thinking it might be the kidney beans, lettuce or vodka. Thanks -
