Thanks for the support. I am craving all kinds of gluten containing foods. It isn't just the flavor I'm craving, but the texture and everything. Texture is something I'm having a difficult time with. I need to not be so dang picky!

How do you handle it when severe cravings attack? I've had this terrible crud that's been going around and had to do 20 days of antibiotics and the 12-day steroid pack. You are going to be in the best place possible for a Celiac to dine! As someone above stated, you can get a document when you arrive at the parks that lists the restaurants allergy-free, gluten-friendly options. This list is wonderful! Oh yes, I know that feeling. Mine turned out to be low B12. Have you had yours checked? You can buy it in the vitamin section if you want to try taking some to see if it helps. Like others have said you don't need the junk food when your sugar drops. I'm also Hypoglycemic & I always keep peanut butter with me. I even have a little packet in my purse just in case. The reason you need to avoid the envelopes is because gluten is in the glue used to seal them. Some people have no reaction to small amounts of gluten, others do.
