  2. Thanks for the encouragement! There is no way I can take the house gluten free. So I'm looking for ways to minimize the cross contamination. I seem to be very sensitive and have very few days that I feel 'gluten free'. It is easier since I've gotten paid and was able to get groceries instead of just rummaging through what we had..   3. Yes. You have to check everything that you eat and be aware of what you are putting in your body. And yes.. the chapstick. I kissed dh last night after he put on chapstick and it got me. I believe burts bees is safe so pick both of you up some. And yes.. if he eats/drinks something with gluten and kisses you, you will probably react. I am struggling...

    I know things can get easier for you...we can all relate.

    The only thing I haven't tried is a gluten-free pizza crust that I like....yet.

    Other than that, I can indulge in many gluten-free versions of real foods.

    The shopping and Products forum give you SO many options....including velveeta! and it'll help you find the cough meds and so forth to use that are ...

  5. Sorry to hear your child is having so much trouble. Personally I would do a gluten free diet. It can't hurt and it may help so what have you got to lose by trying it?
