  1. wheat must be listed, but not gluten.
  2. if you were taking the B12 up till the time of the testing, the results are not accurate.....about the iron, try looking up "iron storage diseases"
  3. be careful, you want to have balance in your Ca++ and mag++.,, Ca++ helps muscles contract, and Ma++ helps them relax....a sustained release Ma++ such as mag 64 or magdelay might be a thought....also have you been worked up for endometriosis?

    you can be gluten intolerant and not celiac, and the false neg. rate on blood tests is ~20%. the H/A from wine, how soon after you drink it, and is it any wine or only red?
  5. ...three...if you havent had any gluten in 5 yrs why would the antibody be present....me thinks the doc needs a little education...
