    Open Original Shared Link Of particular use to you will be the list of companies with a clear gluten disclosure policy. With thos brands, you just read the label. If you don't see wheat, rye, barley or oats, by name, they aren't there.

    Lisa hasn't been on for a few weeks, but I believe that she was referring to Open Original Shared Link. As far as I know, it is the only gluten-free beer available in Canada. In Ontario, you can buy it at the government monopoly liquor store.

    I think that you have to investigate the place and decide for yourself. Any restaurant carries an automatic cross-contamination risk. A place that has a gluten-free menu is at least aware of the issue, and is probably taking steps to minimize the risk. There is a restaurant we like to go to in Toronto that has many gluten-free options....

    Yes, it is gluten-free. I have used it for years, since long before my diagnosis. Unilever will clearly disclose any gluten source on the label.

    Yes, frec, when you are not logged in, you are a guest. It shows the last time a guest (any guest) clicked anywhere on the board, which is usually a very short time ago.

    Go to "My Controls." Under "Options" at the lower left, choose "Board Settings." Your time zone settings will be at the top on the right. Select your time zone, and check the appropriate DST options. Go down to the bottom of the screen and click the Change my account options button. This will save your changes--otherwise they will be lost.

    Directly underneath each character is an italicized number. To enter the character, press and hold <alt> while typing the 3-digit number on the key pad. If the character number is less than 100, you must type leading zeros so that a three-digit number is entered, but most of these characters can simply be typed.
