    My wife and I own a retail business. Any employee who treated a customer like that once would be very strongly cautioned. If they did it a second time, they would be instantly unemployed. The customers are not an interruption to our business, they are our business.

    My biopsy was done just days before my 46th birthday. I was in desperate shape, having lost about 70 pounds, down to almost skin and bones. I still have residual issues, such as osteoporosis, but my intestines have healed and, on the whole, I feel the best that I have in decades. It is never too late.

    The epinephrine is a general stimulant which dilates the bronchi and stimulates the heart . It is similar to adrenaline. For a person in general good health it should not be a problem. If a person is already predisposed to heart trouble, it can trigger a myocardial infarction (heart attack), as it causes blood pressure to rise.
