    I seem to have a problem with wishbone salad dressing (vinegar)....pickles and ketchup....has to be the vinegar. Hope this goes away, cause that would be a pain!

    Okay, salsa is not for me...I ate it and had a problem with it. It stated it was gluten free, brand: Spikes, all natural. I really think I'm having a problem with vinegar, which was in the ingredients. It doesnt even matter if it's distilled or not. I seem to be having a problem.

    No I was taking cyanocobalamin 2500 mcg's subligual. My vitamin specialist said I should take methylcombalamin instead if I choose to go back and continue taking them.

    You CAN definately get black stool from iron! REALLY Black! My son just had back surgery and the doctor put him on iron pills. OMG...black, black, black! It worried me too, so I call down to Hershey and they said it was normal. Than my hubby tried them and the same thing happened to him!

    Okay, I made gluten-free ziti tonight. gluten-free noodles, ragu sauce, ricotta and mozzarella cheese...okay, which one has gluten in it...I dont think I'm ever going to get the hang of it.

    I was told that Both Hunts Ketchup and Vlassic Pickles were gluten-free! I don't understand...I put them on my burger the other day..with gluten-free buns...and now I have the big "D"...it has to be them. What am I doing wrong, was I missed informed????

    The reason why you take sublingual is to make the counts go up in your blood correct?

    Bloodwork came back today with my b12 at 1933 and it should be under 928. I have been taking b12 sublingual 2500 mcg for over a year, daily. Sometimes missing a day...does this mean I'm taking too much? Someone told me supplements cannot increase the counts...which does not make any sence to me, than why take them right?

    Any body else here have low vitamin D? Mine is 11.5. Wondering what everyone is taking? My pharmacist is sending me 5000 to take daily, instead of the prescription...

    I've been trying so hard to find out whether 5th season or spice classic are gluten free. I have an array of different spices from this company, Han-Dee Pak, Inc. Cant find out anything! I know McCormick labels, but I dont want to throw out things if I dont have to...Also, Durkee... Anybody have problems with these companys/spices????

    Just got my results... My B Vitamins, incuding Ferritin and Folate were good. Iron Levels were good... Thyroid great. B12 was high 1933 (should be under 946), but I'm supplementing with sublingual 2500 daily Vit D...11.5 Low (30-100). The doctor didnt check me for E or A.

    Going to the Doctor tomorrow to test for Vitamin Def. I'm at least going to ask for it. Feeling some tingling in the tongue and feet....eye twitching and now headaches. WHAT test should I specifically ask for besides b12?? I want to tell the doctor what he will be testing me for! Thanks!!

    I know this post is a couple of months old, but I was at applebee's 2 days in a row....both days had the Sante Fee Salad with Dressing, Chips and Salsa! On the Allergin Menu....I'm paying the price 2 days later!!!!!!! Guess it was not the best desicion for me!

    I know this has probably been talked about in previous post. However, I cant seem to find what I'm looking for. I would like to start taking vitamins and I would like to know the best ones to take as a celiac....right now all I'm taking is B12. I'm looking for ones that will help my muscles...which I really think I'm lacking.

    Okay confused....does anyone know if Benefiber is gluten-free.....I'm confused. I know I'm new at this, but the bottle said Gluten Free and than the ingredients said the word "wheat"....I don't understand...I didn't buy it today because I wasn't sure... Can anyone shed some light?

    I just read where if you have DH, than you have no gastro symptoms of Celiacs...this can't be true....When I eat gluten, two days later I get a small rash usually on my upper arms that itch like crazy, sometimes there is one...sometimes more. But I also get stomach issues. So people who suffer from DH also have gastro symptoms...or is that impossible...

    Did anyone have menstrual issues and hormone issues, when undiagnosed...which did not clear up until you went off gluten?

    really...I thought all Bush Beans were gluten-free...I didn't know you had to read the label with them! thanks....I really don't know what kind of beans she served that day, I forgot to look at the can.

    No...the baked beans came from a can, but I was in such a rush, I didn't even notice the brand name. As for the coleslaw, it definately had a strong vinegar taste, but I'm not sure if they make there own, or get it by bulk...I'm think there own...but I'm going to call.

    I know I'm probably posting this in the wrong area...but here goes anyway. I think I got gluten and looking at my food logs the only thing it could have been were either baked beans or coleslaw. The coleslaw was purchased at a deli and it had a vinegar taste, however I can't figure out what the heck would be in coleslaw that would contain gluten...any thoughts...

    My bloodtest came out Negative...however I was off gluten for 6 weeks, not knowing you had to be on it. My doctor said go back onto Gluten and take it again. Feeling great for 6 weeks...had three pieces of pizza 2 days ago and now have the runs from hell and my stomach hurts...Anyway, my question is: I know you should be on gluten for three months before...
