I've been gluten free for a week, and I already slipped. I love cold cereal with milk, and I miss it so much! Last night, I ate rice krispies. I'm pretty sure it's not gluten free, but I figured since it's made from rice, it wouldn't be as bad as some others. I have terrible insomnia right now, and late at night is the hardest time to stay on the diet...

Hi everyone...I was just curious whether anybody experiences face flushing or gets a cough from gluten? I've had a chronic cough since I was a kid which has been attributable to nothing, and now that I've been diagnosed with celiac's, I'm wondering if it's related to that, and if it will get better now that I'm on the diet? I'm not sure, but speaking from personal experience...I often get everything at the same time.
