Well, some people don't get their period on the pill. But if you have been on the same pill for years, so that may not be your case. I think anything new can effect your periods, I would recommend continuing to take the pill and then if you don't get a period next month, then call the doctor. EcoPlanet 7 grain hot breakfast cereal. Even the apple cinnamon tastes like dirt. Gross!! I haven't found a cracker I like, nut thins and savory thins from Trader Joe's both suck. My FAVORITE: Trader Joe's Wheat Free toaster waffles. Yum And the peanut butter Larabars aren't too bad.
