evrytime I have a little gluten from Amstel light, my eyes turn red and there get dry. Never had this before until going gluten free 10 months ago. Its related to getting gluten every time. -

If you have private insurance it will go up if your diagnosed. I would use the unoffical entrolab (spelling) rather than the doctor blood test. Ps you sound like a classic celiac to me. -

Anyone drinking this with no reactions long term? any brand specifically that is easy to get and safe. The woodchuck brand website says it can't guarantee safety. I'm a beer lover but cider is a pretty good substitue. -

I was there two years ago before diagnosed. It was like stepping back into 1950. I would very surprised if there's anything like that. I didn't see air conditioning anywhere. Maybe some of the resort on the water have ac, anyway, it is not modernized. Bring what you can. -

Are horseraddishes in general gluten-free? I can't even find them on a list. -
Thirst was one of my main symptoms, funny it's not listed as such. But Celiac can actually die of dehydration from not absorbing water, so thirst is a huge and ought to be used to help diagnose us. I can't tell you how thirsty I was. gluten-free nine month, only thirsty after several alcohol bev. That still doesn't compare to how thirtsy I used to be

just red eyes for me after going gluten free. my only symptom now is red eyes. used to have to much saliva every once in a while. Not since going gluten-free, and my breathing long deep breath is greatly improved. -

Has anyone start to get a stomach ache after going gluten-free, Ie after they gotten into some gluten? I had outward symptoms when they had full blow celiacs from biospy and blood work? I never had any real problem but the anemia and a list of other vague sysmptoms. I've been eating up the balance of my corn pops that do NOT have wheat listed and gluten... -

I had my teeth cleaned yesterday and half way through, the dentist said you might not want to swallow any of this, it may have a starch in it. Does anyone know if the paste they use to polish and clean is gluten-free? -

I would think fried rice would be fine. I have a local place made chicken fried rice for me with no soy sauce. ps watch out for oyster sauce. after eating at a place i trusted they slipped oyster sauce into the regualr dish I eat.
