That looks like a safe list. I like Ians as well for my kids. Also Gluten Free Pantry is also really good for pie crust and breads! -

I like the Gluten Free Pantry bread mix. We have to make our own bread due to egg allergies. But Udi's bread is already made & pretty good. -
