I find I could never eat the "Gluten Free diet" that is so in vogue right now for that very reason. It is loaded with other stuff. The narrower my diet the better. Hi- I ate quinoa the other day and reacted terrible.I get awful bone pain. Cannot move almost. Well, I was doing OK till I ate the quinoa. I saw on here some also have issue with quinoa.
