Finally he said "we can just pick up a pizza" now that I'm pissed because he never takes the gluten free seriously, I say " why don't we just pick up a rotisserie chicken from the grocery store?" he didn't respond. I asked again, and he said...

I don't think there was any gluten since I only had the bloating, and it was almost immediate. I ate all my own food prior. I was just wondering if it's normal for sensitive tummies to be bothered by lettuce and carrots. -

Sea world would not let me. They told me any restaurant could accommodate multiple food allergies... They had gluten-free snack packs, and I stuck with salad and fruit. -
I had a salad bar today- only having lettuce, carrots, cheese, eggs, and my own gluten-free turkey and my own dressing. After I ate it I got bloated. All the things I choose were away from the crutons, and I went way after lunch after everything had been changed out and was new. What do you think made me bloated?

We are going to tgR zoo tomorrow and then chucke cheeze. Neither one will let me bring in food. How would you handle that? They are 2 hours away from my house. I really would hate to make another trip to the grocery store this week, but looks like I'm not going to have a choice....

I'm going to do it today and then again on Monday. I like to use my waist measurement, my hips, my bust, and each thigh. I remember last time some weeks ibwould loose inches and not weight...

I would like to focus on eating healthy. More veggies and fruit, less processed. I have a personal trainer who I only seem to make it to once a week. I'm going to the store from getting the kids to get the b complex and maybe magnesium. -

What dosages and what? I take a multi, that's it. If I remember i take the vitamin d. I need a good calcium, but I like the chocolate ones. Are any gluten-free? I was also thinking if adding a b-12 sublingual. What dosage is normal?
