  6. Ever since I got glutened last week, I can't seem to break the addiction to the carby garbage. I'm still in a brain fog, depressed, anxiety, on the verge of tears. I feel sorry for my self and no energy to do anything but lay on the couch. What kind of vitamins should I be taking? I honestly just can't think straight. I start therapy tomorrow and she...

  11. Nope, dh said "maybe it's some kind of sensitivity to a weird preservative". Makes me so angry! It's a subject we just agree to disagree about. I try not to talk about it. I cried last night and said "do you know what it's like to gi your whole life from dr to dr and have no one believe you?! Then you find something that makes you feel better and your...
  12. My husband wanted to go out for his birthday. He choose a Mexican restaurant. I called ahead, spoke to the manager about my dietary restrictions. He told me that it was no problem and told me what I should order. ( not a chain). We got there, and I asked for the manager again to again go over everything. He explained to the waiter in Spanish what to do. They...
  13. Well, I will have to say, I'm STILL suffering. It's been how long?! I'm so constipated, even my veggie soup clean out didnt work. As much as i live donuts and cookies, I will be sure to get the gluten-free version next time. Still suffering plantar facitis (?) and muscle spasms, as well as mental fog and depresson. It has never lasted this long before. Yuck...

  16. I needed a quick chili in a can. I got on their website and found a list of their gluten free products. I was so excited when chili was on it. I ran into the grocery store to grab it on the way to get children from school. So happy I looked. All the products on the shelf have wheat in them. Talk about frustrating!
  17. With no processed foods, can I ask what you eat for breakfast? I've been having a smoothie with a banana, 3 froEn strawberries, 1 cup almond milk and a scoop of raw protein powder( that tastes like you know what). O add 1 splenda packet to make it drinkable( want to get another brand with stevia in it, but this stuff was expensive and I can't waste it). After...
  18. The grocery store by me breaks down the slicer and cleans it well before they slice my meat. I always go when it's not busy, and I watch them do it. I always felt safe eating the meat. I really wish I could just open my mouth and take a big bite of veggies. I just can't do it. It makes ne gag and dry heave. I make soup when it gets cold and throw veggies...
  19. I'm the only gluten-free-er in tge house. My other 2 kids are always hugging on him and kissing him after they eat. It drives me crazy. We even gave a rule we don't touch him in the face. (no one seems to follow). He is exclusivly breastfed.
  20. I hate veggies unless they are purred into a broth and the texture I gone. Lunchmeats are unfortunately a staple in my house. Boars head is gluten dairy and I believe soy free. I made a promise to myself last night that I would have fruit with everything I ate today. I agree about the deity pebbles. Yea they are labeled gluten free. I can't do dairy. So what...

  23. Do you get dh from eating gluten, or will just touching it and touching your face bring it on?
  24. Just wondering what the Drs have tested you for based on your symptoms, and what did the labs show? The more I read here, the more I'm seeing that labs are not that reliable (?) In 2007 following child birth and surgery the endocrinologist tested for everything. My thyroid was swollen and border line. My liver enzymes were high. He wanted to check...
