  1. Does anyone have a picture of what DH actually looks like? According to Google images it looks like hives that form crust on top of them and welts... others show just red bumps blisters that bleed out... Here's what KP looks like: It's basically hair follicles forming a plug around the hair.
  2. Really quick question, after ingesting some doughnuts and Lunchables, some parts of my body had parts of red patches... what does this mean? Gluten tolerance?
  3. Seems like my appt had to be rescheduled due to my derm doctor being sick, but it will cost me an arm and a leg for this one. What does the skin biopsy do? Or what am I suppose to do after I finish getting one? My lesions look dark brown (maybe because I have brown skin), on some other follicles they look like goosebumps and the is the same color as...
  4. Doesn't wheat and dairy products generally make you or help you sleep better and easier before going to bed?

I'm lacking in Vitamin A and C, but how much is too much for the actual food itself? How many oranges or mangoes should I eat per day to reach a sufficient amount of Vitamin A or C? Or am I better off eating one Centrum pill per day?
  8. I haven't done a celiac test and some of symptoms listed for celiac disease include Angular Chellitis (as well as skin rash and follicular hyperkeratosis being my number one enemy on my skin), but is it normal for this blister on the side of my lips to appear so suddenly after 3 days of just going gluten-free? Is it safe to assume I have celiacs disease or...
  9. I would like to know as well. I have some of those symptoms.
  10. Ugh, this is what I hate about the state of our healthcare (in the United States at least). All they want is money.
  11. I was thinking of taking a celiac test, but what exactly do they do?
  12. I'm going to church and to a restaurant afterwards. Some of my family members aren't aware of my celiac disease. I guess I'll just eat vegetables.
