  1. Haha ya I get that... But if I buy raw meat and cook it with garlic powder is it then processed? Seems a little weird. But I do get the gist of it and plan to stick with it as best I can
  2. Thank you Irish. I know, I really need to not be so stressed, it's just so hard. I feel like this is the most exact science there is... So, Im a little confused. If a potato chip is made from a potato, sea salt, and oil (which are all completely natural) how is it processed? The only difference is someone elses hand put the ingredients together instead...
  3. Thank you and will do! One more food-related question. Eating just gluten free I was eating a lot of "natural choice" hormel pre-packaged lunch meat. They are gluten free and all natural with no preservatives. Would they fall under my "basics" diet I am trying to keep? (ingredients:chicken breast or ham etc, water, salt, turbinado sugar, carrageenan, natural...
  4. Thank you Irish I'm sorry I come across as so stressed and a little out of control (guess I am!) And thanks for dealing with my whining and still being so positive! I am sorry you have suffered so much :/ but I am so glad you are seeing results! Like I said, it's not the waiting I stress about, it's the not knowing if this is really the problem....
  5. Thanks so much for the ongoing support! Honestly, even though I'm not seeing the results I want, I have no idea where I would be without the people on this website (and I know a lot of others would agree with that) I got my impulse buy threelac in the mail tonight...which I am going to try and return (and just try a "normal" probiotic) I think part...
  6. Ya...it is kind of crazy! And I do think that I have delayed reactions... (I will look more into it) I'm not sure if the headaches have come on every time after I ate an egg...it's possible. I'll have to try again. Wine has not really been provoking headaches...yet. I don't know...it's just so hard. But I do like your russian roulette analogy! I just wish...
  7. Thanks ravenwood, wine seems to be fine (felt better drinking it haha) It was weird, yesterday I ate a hardboiled egg and immediately after I got the weird migraine/headaches that I get. Not sure if it a coincidence...but could eggs possibly be a problem? Also wanted to check, I have been eating natural, gluten free potato chips (ingredients: potatoes...
  8. That sounds good thank you (gotta decide what I should do now) Should I also not drink alcohol? I dont really drink, but I kind of want to get a bottle of wine..
  9. How important is it to not eat dairy at this stage/diet? I feel like having cheese would make this a lot easier. But if it is smarter not to eat it, I obviously won't. It's just so hard, because I can't just eat something, get an upset stomach, and know I can't eat it. That doesn't happen with anything. So who knows whats causing all my symptoms down the...
  10. Haha thanks! Well, I bought regular 1billion acidophilus. (is that good?) For b12, I got it from walmart. It's "sublingual dots" 500mcg...there's nothing about methocobalamin...and I couldnt find anything with it. Hopefully this is a good start! (made an awesome meal with just meat veggies and garlic salt, in my dorm!) Thanks for the continuing help
  11. Can you get sublingual at like any pharmacy or walmart?
  12. Thanks so much again Irish...your responses are SO helpful and very fast! Like you said, I know I just have to relax. I think I am trying too much too fast (the sight of a posible end has gotten me crazy!) I'm not going to go overboard with the diet, but do the best as I can. I have been eating "gluten free" (on the package) whit rice. It is pre-packaged...
  13. Don't mean to continue my rambling in this thread... But does anyone have some quick tips for the more "natural" diet? I plan on cooking up a bunch of meat/vegetables tonight or tomorrow and they putting some in the fridge for the rest of the week. But what else can I eat/should I eat? SO far I'm advised away from sugar and dairy (?)...Can I salt the meat...
  14. Supposedly it has something others don't...ugh, really wish I didn't buy that. Do you just get "regular" probiotics at a health store? I might just try the threelac for a couple weeks...
  15. Ya...someone in the other thread was saying some very serious things about it...so that got me concerned. But like mushroom said, I guess everything gives you cancer
  16. I dont know, After I bought it I've heard bad things from a few people...like it causes cancer and stuff. I don't know. Just upset that on top of anything I might have just wasted $60 I don't have
  17. Ravenwood, I dont know if the yogurt is bothering me since I haven't really seen any improvement... should I hold off on the threelac..and just start the more basic diet...I just don't know if I'm jumping the gun with the whole pro-biotic thing...I appreciate your help.
  18. What other probiotic would you recommend? I have actually been eating yogurt the past couple days and I actually feel a little better (maybe it's just in my head)
  19. Etta, Thanks for all the info! I might have jumped the gun with the threelac, but I am just so desperate... Now I have to worry about getting cancer or something from it (was only planning on doing very low dosage anyway) I'll try it for a couple weeks and see if there is any difference. Did you feel better? (is that why you kept taking it) I...
  20. Irishheart, Well, those are my exact symptoms! Which is why I'm here Just that it's coming up on 2 weeks of gluten free with the same brain fog, weakness, fatigue, and headaches/migraines Maybe once I go "all natural" paired with pro-biotics I'll start to see some progress. I am also seeing a new neurologist in 2 weeks, and I am going to run everything...
  21. How did the treatment work? (also, what were your symptoms?)
  22. So, I was online for a long time last night...in my continued search for my problems (while I'm still waiting for results from no gluten...) And through candida, I have read accounts of people with my exact symptoms and situations (first time yet). On an impulse, and maybe without really thinking, I bought a box of threelac. However, reading so many good...
  23. Thanks so much IrishHeart, I really appreciate all that! The hardest part for me is that I don't have a lot of stomach issues, and with so many people here having them, it's hard to keep convincing myself. On a slightly different note, I have been talking to a few people, and I am going to try and take a pro-biotic. Reading testimonies and reviews, I...
  24. I think I am going to try the pro-biotic. I have read many reviews on a particular one (treelac) that are 100% what I am going through...which I haven't really encountered anyone who has described it like I do. It can't really hurt, and I'm sure I need it, so we'll see what happens.
  25. This is somewhat of a random question, but I was just talking with someone who brought up the posibility of Candida. I am not sure how many people have experience or know about this, but most (probably all) my symptoms are on the list. My big question is that I do not have any kind of insance digestive problems. I usually have an upset stomach in the morning...
