I know for sure that I was low on vit. D, Vit. B12, and vit. K. Found this out before I found out what was wrong. My NP (one who specilaizes in Women's Health, bioidentical hormones, etc.) even stated about a year ago that she couldn't understand why my body was not absorbing these nutrients (vit. My oldest son lives in New Bern, NC and will be getting married in May 2011. I have been eating gluten-free for only a few weeks, so still learning. We will be going down this weekend to visit and will be traveling there a lot over the next few months. Can anyone tell me please where I can get good, healthy, gluten-free restaurant food. Thanks.
