  1. Boston Pizza assured us that they have a dedicated work area, pans and knifes for their gluten free pizza's. I hope this idea catches on everywhere. It seems more and more people need to be gluten free.
  2. I bought a George forman grill, its dedicated to gluten free. So I'm grilling individual servings of salmon. Then grilling vegetables in oil,(onions colored peppers and asparagus) cooking up red rice and celery with cheese whiz (my grandaughter is 8 so must think like a kid lol) dessert will be gluten free vanilla ice-cream drizzled with homemade raspberry...
  3. do you have a Boston Pizza in your area. We just found out this week that our local Boston Pizza has a gluten free one with a variety of toppings available. We took our two grandaughters there yesterday and they both enjoyed their pizza. Only single serving size was available, but we were happy to be able to take them out!
  4. Hi everyone. I read about gluten free bread machines. There is such a variety, does anyone have one and like it?Also hi coffee time I will try your recipe this week. Always nice to use a recipe that someone else has tried and liked
  5. I think the Us is way ahead of us (Canada) when it comes to available gluten free products. I have yet to find a single tin of gluten-free soup. I'm really looking for cream of mushroom for casseroles. In my case I don't live in a large City.( the nearest large city is 8 hours away) I know more products are available in large centers. I'm going to Palm Springs...
  6. I've only recently heard of Udi's and Rudi's bread. I'm going to go to our local Costco and ask if they could carry gluten free bread. I'm in British Colombia Canada. Our best local bakery carry's gluten-free bread but wants $11.00 a loaf. I understand you can make gluten-free bread in a bread machine, any one tried it?
  7. Kolla, sorry to hear that their are few people and celiac products in your country. Would it be too expensive to order gluten free products a couple of times a year from health food stores in the Us or Canada? I have two grandaughters with Celiac. My daughter and I prepare meals and baking. Then we freeze items in individual servings. So when time is short...
  8. k bracing. I hope you like to cook and bake. Home made things are much better. It takes awhile to get the hang of it but is well worth the effort.
  9. I have two granddaughters with Celiac. One is almost 8 and has been on a gluten free for about a year and a half. Her little sister 23 months has been gluten free for about 2 weeks. All the other people we have met with Celiac are also female, I also think it would take longer for a male to be diagnosed because most of the men I know don't seek medical help...
