    That's funny. I told my brother that I am alergic to gluten and he said that I should try eating organic.

    There is a great test that you can do from home. Never need to see a doctor!!! no I don't work there but I had all my tests done with them and tested positive for gluten sensitivity after testing negative with blood tests.     I tested negative for celiac and gluten sensitivity with the blood test. I then had a stool panel done and it shows that I'm highly gluten sensitive. Less than 10 units is normal.
