I am new to this forum and being Gluten free but something I DO know about is a Vegan diet. Find yourself a vegan friend There are a lot of non-dairy alternatives out there they can help you with. Hello, What I am looking for are ideas for my classroom. I am a preschool teacher working with ages 3 to 5. I am trying to keep the gluten in my classroom from getting to me. Everywhere you look in my classroom you will find gluten, things like playdough, pancake making day, oatmeal sensory table, Snack time and even our paint has gluten in it. Any ideas... -

I know what you mean! I found a yummy wrap that I use for sandwich wraps it is La Tortilla Factory their Sonoma wrap. It says gluten free right on the front of the package. My husband who does not need to stay away from gluten loves them too!
