I have been gluten-free for 11 days and am getting tired of plain chicken breasts/fish etc.. I need some spice in my life! I really like dill, pepper, salt and also like spice blends. I need a reliable gluten-free spice source though. What are your favorite spices and where do you get them? I also love shopping online and would love it if someone could give...

Of course.. that is great advice. I pretty much check everything now before I ingest it. The doctor I am seeing was actually recommended to me by a neighbor I have who has 3 daughters with Celiac. We live in Las Vegas and she drives almost 150 miles to see this doctor with her children monthly. He helped diagnose her first daughter and got her back on track... -

I have an appointment to see a recommended Naturopath doctor up in Cedar City, Utah who supposedly has great results with patients with celiac on Wednesday and they said they would check my Vitamin/mineral levels and help me get to where I need to be. I have never used a naturopath practitioner, so this should be an interesting experience which I hope is... -

Yes, that is a listing of things that have been a possible result to my celiac disease. I was in the process of being diagnosed but could not stay on the gluten challenge because it was literally killing me. I lost almost 13 lbs in a month. 26 years of vitamin/nutrient malabsorption finally started to really take a toll on my body and things started shutting... -

I am really new to this whole thing too. From what I understand.. just because you do not have any symptoms currently, does not mean you are not doing damage to your body overtime by ingesting gluten. My grandmother is 64 and just now getting the grunt of her symptoms. They started in her late 50's and have progressed over the years due to her not cutting... -

I have been gluten free for almost 4 days now and have been feeling sooo much better. The pain in my left side, which I have had for almost 2 years has even disappeared.....Well long story short, she came home with Wal-dryl (walgreens...
