THE BEST thing I could have gotten because of this same problem was Bach's Sleep Remedy Spray and Peter Gilhams Calcium/Magnesium Natural Calm. Those 2 things by night 1 knocked me out!Slept 8+ hours and wasn't graggy at all the next day. My kids have Gluten issues but I was already Homeschooling them when we found out. It does make it easier for them and for me but schools are required to abide by what the children's needs are especially if they have a doctor's note telling them. So I have a lot of family that is intolerant of Gluten and so I thought I'd give it a try to see any changes. I lost weight so fast in the first week that I cut it out, so I think my body actually likes me better for not eating it. I am already very much into healthy foods and lifestyle so when I jump into something I go all out and just get rid of things...
