  2. tried rice milk today and loved it! its sweeter than regular milk which is yummy. thanks for getting me on that guys it will more than likely help my tummy as im great with all rice products just not corn and dairy

  6. yes i know i struggle with corn so i avoid that and ive just started drinking lactose free milk too. i dont know why ive been so sick for so long. it just makes no sense ive been at the doctors for an ultrasound because she was worried about my gall bladder but that was fine. its just so much pain..
  7. i was diagnosed 3 months ago now and ive been improving but the past 3 weeks ive spent in bed with severe abdominal pain. i mean i cant even get up to eat or anything. why is this happening? will i ever get better? please tell me some encouranging things im struggling for positivity right now im only 22 and my life is passing me by..

  11. yes it could absolutely be celiac... you need a biopsy though. just get one asap and put your mind at ease!

  13. yes i heard that about subway too! it will take so long to get to oz though.. we are quite lucky here with all our food choices. other countries seem to have no idea what celiac even is half the time whereas australia has lots of info about it

  15. make sure you think about chopping boards, wooden spoons etc.. they soak up the gluten and are the worst offenders. they cannot be cleaned enough
  16. my brother has been experimenting with alot of gluten free baking for me. some really great chocolate cakes, lemon cookies, and patstries have come out of it

  19. ive been taking a probiotic but whats this everyone is saying about digestive enzymes? ive never heard of taking them. do i get them in pill form? im a little behind lol. but thanks heaps!
  20. im still healing. was only in hospital for stomach pain 2 months ago so im not expecting miracles. im slowly feeling much much better, but the past 2 weeks ive been really sore. i mean i havent been out of bed. this is the first time its happened since going gluten free 2 months ago. i was thinking i cross contaminated so ive bought all new kitchen things...

  24. i feel the same. because if you wanted it egg free you can just use egg replacer, dairy free just use soy milk etc.. perhaps this is something i need to really think about
  25. this is true. perhaps i should have a dairy and soy free section. maybe eggs free also. otherwise label which dishes come under these catagories
