i have been gluten free for 3 months after being bedridden for 6 months prior. it does get better! i just recently got cross contaminted and spent 4 weeks in bed so please be super careful. eating out isnt an option for me at the start. hopefully later i wont be so sensative. you need to look at the posibility on lactose intolerance too because the digestive... -

tried rice milk today and loved it! its sweeter than regular milk which is yummy. thanks for getting me on that guys it will more than likely help my tummy as im great with all rice products just not corn and dairy -

yes i know i struggle with corn so i avoid that and ive just started drinking lactose free milk too. i dont know why ive been so sick for so long. it just makes no sense ive been at the doctors for an ultrasound because she was worried about my gall bladder but that was fine. its just so much pain.. -

i was diagnosed 3 months ago now and ive been improving but the past 3 weeks ive spent in bed with severe abdominal pain. i mean i cant even get up to eat or anything. why is this happening? will i ever get better? please tell me some encouranging things im struggling for positivity right now im only 22 and my life is passing me by.. -

yes i heard that about subway too! it will take so long to get to oz though.. we are quite lucky here with all our food choices. other countries seem to have no idea what celiac even is half the time whereas australia has lots of info about it -

oh march weather is even better! thats perfect! i live in Adelide, South Australia. i love it here, we get a perfect 4 seasons every year. we have alot of gluten free places to eat and our main supermarkets have heaps of choices too. i even found a couple of gluten free bakeries that have no gluten kept anywhere near them which is fantastic! now that ive... -

make sure you think about chopping boards, wooden spoons etc.. they soak up the gluten and are the worst offenders. they cannot be cleaned enough -

ive been taking a probiotic but whats this everyone is saying about digestive enzymes? ive never heard of taking them. do i get them in pill form? im a little behind lol. but thanks heaps! -

i feel the same. because if you wanted it egg free you can just use egg replacer, dairy free just use soy milk etc.. perhaps this is something i need to really think about -
