So this is my last morning in the 5-star hotel in historic Philly. I am finally to the point where I can walk around and find necessities (like Starbucks) with out looking at my phone map. Its been interesting, and I definitely learned that you do not need a car if you live in a city. I parked my car in the garage the afternoon I arrive and have not pulled... -

Well I am in town on business, so will not have much time for museums /etc.

Man... you know the price off food in your home town is bad when you are in major city, shopping at a Trader Joes and the prices are about the same as Walmart back home...

9 years ago, when my son was born I could not walk to my mail box with out getting winded. I got fed up with being sick and weak, and made it about to get healthy so that my son could have a father to play with. TODAY I ran my first 5k race since high school, and took second place for my age group, behind the sicko that took 2 second place over all. It CAN...
