  1. Umm no. In Internet Explorer, go to "Tools" then "Internet Options" then click where it says "Delete files". CAUTION it could take a while depending how much junk you have in there...
  2. WE ahve the same problem with our toddler and dog, so we swithed to gluten-free food and treats for our dog. Funny thing is the dog seems a bit healither for it. We use Kraft Milk Bone Chewy Dog treats as a treat and Nutro Natural Choice Lamb and Rice dog food. Both are easy found at just about any pet store.

  8. Slow cause its very informal (but free!) I would love to get in a more formal/structure program. But I can communicate with a deaf person who is a bit paitent.   11. No idea what my heart rate is, I can not seem to measure it and run at the same time. Not real sure what the target range should be either.
  12. OKAY! Soooooo umm I have been doing 35 mins @ 4.0 mph for a few days now... and my last chagne was from 30 to 35 mins... should I do 4.5 mph or 40 mins next?
  13. No way am I going ut side! Its tripple digits! I can not take it much over 80 realy. This running is on my tread mill till fall. Yes they do, and I used to wear them when running track in HS. LAst store I went to I tired EVERY pair they had in my size range... no go! okay Im off agian, have ASL class!!!

  15. Got the call from my doc... Heart function is still low, but appears to be stable for now. So fro now just have to continue my yearly MUGA scans and stuff. One day in the future though this may become a life/death kind of issue so we need stay up on it. Thats all for now... gotta get my hiking boots on and run! LOL

  19. Oh I do nto see him for the test, the test has to be done by the radiolisgt ppl with all teh fancy licenses/stickes/etc that say they can use nuclear materail and stuff. He will get the results and call me, usally the same day, but sometimes the next day.
