    I think (as was the case in my case) most ppl get the endoscopey to check for OTHER issues in addtion to celiac disease. I personaly always recomend that if s person is ONLY checking for celiac disease that they skip the bisopy. It is an outdated test that gives no addtional information over a simple blood test and/or diet challenge but adds a level of risk...

    My problem with danon is that htey are messing with defintions and changing words. In their most recent emails to me they say they will not classify ANY of their products as "gluten free" how ever some are "gluten safe". Thats a MAJOR red flag to me.

    CarlB... Fasting blood sugar WILL NOT test for low blood sugar, it is how ever one of hte tests for DIABETAES which is High Blood Sugar. Do you have a home glucose testor? If so the test for LOW blood sugar (also know as hypoglycemia) is easy to do at home. The test kits are litk $15-$20 if you get an elcheapo which is all you need for this...
