    BAD PLAN BAD PLAN BAD PLAN Once the ice cream is ready, transfer it out of hat canister into a seperate container. And if you read the diretions, you would know that It will freeze alot more solid in that canister and you will be likly to damage it trying to get the ice cream out.

    Get his iron levels check (or rather have him do that). Celiac disease can cause anemia, and anemia cuases ADHD like symptons. Also have him start a food diary, MANY food reactions (esply to the dyes and preservatives) seem to cause ADHD like symptons. Brain fog can also cause ADD like symptons in many ppl, and that is a another celiac disease sympton...

    Yes, they do that to cut the cost a little, but yes I often use only cream. Umm dont think about the fat/calories per serving... they dont count in ice cream! I realy do not follow a recipe when I make it any more I jsut make the base, which is "unflavored" ice cream then I poke around the kitchen for fruits/what ever looks good. Some time I dump...

    YESS! And the biggest secret is this... USE HEAVEY WHIPPING CREAM AND NOT MILK! Also ALWAYS leave the egg out. Some recipes call for it, and they are all wrong. Homemade ice cream made right will make you depressed when you try the so called "good" brands in the store. They do not measure up.

    Wikipedia is not a vaild research tool for anything otther then finding out a random person's research/thoughts/dreams. It is not fact checked, nor well respected. Its more of a community blog then anything. I would NOT trust something so important as my health to anything I read there. PPL have the different senstivities to different quanties...

    yea but is all nautral , just like Cocain, arsenic, tabacco, and etc, so it has to be good for you ! As for Stevia, time will tell. Presently its 2.5x the cost of splenda (based on the prices that I just checked last week or so at my local food store, per serving) which puts it out of reach for me. As for the FDA, Stevia is not under thier authority...
