Even if the fries at Mickey D's had no gluten in their ingredients they still would not be safe for ppl with celiac disease do the the well established history of cross contimanation problems... the past threads that carlb mentions docments case after case of that. Thats my opinion on the matter...

  14. David, Everyone has different levels of external reactions to gluten. Gluten causes an imune response that destroys villa. So while your villa might be healed now (prbly not competely...) re introducing gluten starts destroying them agian.
  15. If your truly have celiac disease, then no you can not cheat. How were you dx'd ?
  16. Sorry I missed that hte first read. That is all you need. He has celiac disease and most be gluten-free for life. No futher testing is needed.
