  1. This topic will help me not to take things personal when someone doesn't believe my condition. I was so excited to discover all of my health problems are related to gluten intolerance. When I shared this info with my mother and cousin who also have many symptoms, they insist I'm wrong. I don't understand why it's so impossible that this could be our problem...
  2. I had pain on my left side constantly for years before going gluten free. It comes back when I eat gluten. I'd even get a hard knot on the left side of my abdomen if I wasn't regular with BM's. All alcohol except tequila makes me sick; I guess because tequila is derived from Agave.
  3. Mine is almost identical to atan91. Just add stiff neck and minus breathing difficulty. My stomach pains felt like what I imagine a appendix bursting would feel like, only on the left side instead of the right. I wound up in the ER several times through the years (with no solutions). Since being as gluten and lactose free as I know how I feel about 8...
  4. I can't drink Brisk Iced Tea because of the Red Dye #40 in it. I have a really bad reaction.
  5. Thanks Kwylee and Tira :-) I wish I'd known about a gluten free diet years ago. Being so sick all of those years affected my life in major ways.
  6. Yes, I had it really bad. It went away a couple of days after going gluten free.
  7. I'll be turning 40 soon and I've always had tummy issues as long as I can remember. After a lifetime of mysterious medical symptoms (joint pain that's not arthritis, unexplained back and neck pain, terrible GI problems, foggy mind, forgetfulness, terrible fatigue....) I finally found information online about Celiac disease. I went straight to a specialist...
