I was curious about the "vegetable glycerin" and "vegetable cellulose" in the Gaia Rhodiola Rosea that my naturopath suggested I start taking for adrenal support, so I reached out to Gaia and they responded promptly below. The are gluten-free and CF for sure, soy is a little less clear-cut so you will have to decide this one for yourself. Here is a cut/paste... -

I just called about Emergen-C Super Orange and learned the same as above, indeed gluten-free. I learned also that my Super Orange is casein-free and soy-free as well, for those also working on CF and SF. She did say that some of their products might contain a little soy and that it should say on the packaging if so. Their phone number is 1.888.425.23... -

I recently contacted Tom's to check if their toothpaste was not only gluten-free but casein-free and soy-free as well. They confirmed it is gluten-free and CF, but it may include soy.
