  1. Thanks! I guess they didn't have the gluten free Maria cookies where I saw the others! I'll have to check elsewhere.
  2. I made a simple "Hamburger Helper" type mac & cheese for the 1st time the other night using Tinkyada(big fan) brown rice elbows, milk, butter, and Velveeta, with some browned ground beef added. It was easily as good as any gluten mac & cheese. Best to under cook elbows if also baking.
  3. I've checked out the Maria cookies, and they all seem to contain wheat. Does Goya make a special gluten free version?
  4. Thanx for the info. I know they're fairly expensive, but the site also shows a list of Wolfgang Puck soups and stocks that are labeled gluten-free.
  5. Their pad thai is very good, especially with chicken added. If you like spicy food, they make a spring onion rice noodle soup bowl that is excellent. I usually add some shredded chicken, and it's a filling meal. It does contain soy. Trader Joe's sells a much less spicy version, that contains corn, but no soy.
  6. [quote I've had Amy's short ad cookies too, and been fine with them. Im sure this is note a universal, on size fits all answer, however.
  7. Hi, New to forum, mild celiac 30yrs+. Redbridge is made in the U.S. by Anheuser-Busch. On the label, it states 'gluten free', and also wheat and barley free. I find it to be a decent beer; a little sweet at the end, and best very cold(be careful-freezes very quickly).
