  1. Happy birthday and may God bless you today!

  2. I wrote to Lindt an year back & they said they did not make gluten-free chocolates. It is possible that the place where these chocolates are made is used to make some other glutened products.
  3. Me too! Well, actually, I was very careful in the begining. As I was getting better, I thought a little gluten here and there won't harm. So I sometimes had wheat containing soy sauce (you cannot ask for a wheat-free soy sauce in a Chinese restaurant) or just removed croutons from the salad. But, upon reading this forum, I have come back to my senses. Thanks...
  4. Hi everyone! I know most of you are in the US, and this post might make you say 'what??' Well, I have just moved to Hong Kong from the US. 7. Oh com'on guys! Somebody give me some tips for living in Hong Kong....
  8. It is absolutely unreal for anyone to say that Asians cannot get celiac disease. I am an Indian, always lived in India and ate India food. And yet 2 years earlier (2003) I was diagnosed with celiac disease. However, my problem was not correctly detected untill after I came to the US. I agree with happycc, that is not easy to make your family and friends understand...
  9. Hi, I am a celiac living in Boston at the moment. But my husband and I will be moving to Hong Kong in August this year. We were just there and I am really upset with the food in Hong Kong. I need to find places where I can get gluten-free stuff, including restaurants, in Hong Kong. I will truely appreciate if someone can help me here. Or even if you...
