I've been to Macaroni Grill twice now and have had good experiences both times. I ordered the grilled chicken spiedini and it says to make it gluten free, you order without the vegetables that it usually comes with. So I ordered steamed vegetables instead and it came with broccolini and asparagus. Delicious both times! MG is now my favorite gluten free restaurant...

I always ask for a plain grilled chicken breast and steamed vegetables at a restaurant where they don't have any gluten free items. I haven't gotten sick yet!

It says caramel coloring on it though, I know it is supposed to be fine if made within the US but on the packaging it says "product of Mexico." I'm worried about using it!

You need to eat more protein, this helps you to feel full. Also incorporating healthy fats into your diet will help to satisfy you and make you crave less.

I've been reading some posts from people saying they've bought a lot of gluten-free products from Costco. Can anyone recommend any?

I completely agree, Udi's whole grain bread is very good and it has the least calories (70 per slice) that I could find. The slices are a bit small but oh well!

I just tried Kikkoman Gluten free soy sauce last night and it was great! Will continue to buy!

I just got diagnosed and started gluten free yesterday. My doctor prescribed budesonide for all the diarrhea I've been having (spending WAY too much time in the bathroom). But now I'm wide awake and didn't sleep all night. It actually helped the bathroom situation but I would like to get a good night sleep! Anyone else taken this???

Are any of the salads gluten free?

How did you find out what was gluten free? I didn't see anything on their website.

Oh my gosh I have the same thing! My feet and legs are so swollen that it's painful to walk! I had to go to the ER last week because I called the nurse and she said to go in. It really sucks and it's still really swollen. My GI specialist said that it's all related to the celiac and that I'm malnourished (I just got diagnosed) but said that it would go down...
