Hello, I get spray tans often at Planet Beach Contempo Spa. Just wondering if anyone else gets spray tans and if they have ever though about gluten in the product? Because we are inhaling it as we are being sprayed.

I can't have gluten, corn, corn syrup, potato, tomato, dairy. I need some ideas for meals please! All I eat is meat, veggies, and fruit... I have already figured out that I have other food intollerances and have cut them out of my diet. I know that my iron cannot be low because I eat enough meat. It's the one thing I can have! lol. I also take other supplements but not magnesium. I will deff pick some up this week! thanks! -

I am always exhausted! It doesn't matter if I get a good nights sleep or if I am busy or not, I am always tired. I don't take B12 vitimens but I am going to start. Does anyone find that these actually make a difference? Also, any other ideas?

wow revenant... You are describing me to a T! This is so much like myself it is scary. I stay away from the gluten no matter what but I have other intolerances that I will stay off for a while and then binge. Sometimes I get really itchy feet and hands. Sometimes the bottom of me feet get so itchy! It drives me crazy and I can't even sleep. It only happens every once in a while. Does this happen to anyone else? and do you know of something that might be causing it?

Don't not eat! Not eating causes bloating as well. I know exactly what you are going through, I have the same problems. I am still trying to figure it out by eliminating foods. And as long as I stick to it I am starting to see a difference. I have eliminated gluten, dairy, corn (including anything that contains corn syrup), and most recently, nightshades... -

This happens to me often. Even though you feel bloated, drinking water does help. Also, peppermint herbal tea really helps me! -

I know that celiacs get some sort of tax refund or something for being celiac and having to buy expensive foods. Do we have to save our recipts or do we just have to have a dr note stating that we are celiac?
