  1. I am wondering about the same thing. I have been gluten/dairy/corn free for more than a year but still have a few symptoms here and there. I don't seem to react when I touch something with corn or gluten. But I suspect that if it gets to your bloodstream it probably causes a immune reaction to some level. Hoping somebody more knowledgable replies this post...
  2. Have you thought about the usual suspects, aka corn and soy, in addition to gluten and dairy? Check your supplements/medication too. Good luck! It will get better.
  3. Unless organic, teas are loaded with pesticides, particularly the ones produced in China. I used to get an occasional migraine after drinking black tea. I switched to organic and and I am doind fine. All these years of eating gluten and not knowing I was intolerant took toll on my liver.
  4. I am another gluten/corn/dairy free intolerant and will probably never try to reintroduce any of those. I just moved to the US and I was told back home in Switzerland that corn DOES contain the harmful gluten.
