ARCHIVED Omg...i Might Be On To Something

My mom and I were both trying to figure out the Dr's "real" feelings about the vaccines. Oprah is the one who started asking about causes and she directed her question to the Dr. Also...the Dr. is a mom of two Autistic boys.....so not just some "clueless" Dr. not really familiar with Autism. I'm sure shes done her homework. Anyways the Dr. said... -

I think its because most of us here are sensitive to mold....and then peanut butter is loaded with it...and the mold most commonly found in peanut butter also happens to be a carcinogenic mold. It sucks that peanut butter is soooo darn good...and yet so BAD for us. And yeah....we all seem to crave peanut butter as well. -

Carla..me too. I agree that we all pretty much have the same combination of things but yet they present themselves so differently in each of us. The treatments vary from person to person...I think this is a good thing. First, obviously we are all different and it wouldnt be realistic to think everyone could recover under the same protocol. Second... -

I used to have more of a zoo...but the other pets didnt have as long life spans. I've had rabbits, ferrets and reptiles. Also...another dog who is now living with my ex. ... -

Rinne...thats a very good idea. As an employee...I dont even know about any program?? Maybe I missed it when I was on disability.....I came back to work and since then most of our baggers have been challenged in some way. I think its great....but at the same time I was confused. All this time I thought it was just something we were doing at... -

Mango....a tasty dinner and excessive amount of CHOLCOLATE CAKE sounds like a dream....I wouldnt complain about about that either. Sucks about having to go to a bunch of job interviews though....maybe you can celebrate this weekend with more fun stuff. -

Yeah...maybe Rachelville should be peanut butter-free... ..or maybe (a better idea) we have peanuts that dont attract mold...so yeah...we can have PB and Jelly sandwiches as often and as freely as we want. The gluten-free bread is soft like Wonderbread....it doesnt crumble when handled or anything like that. Mia....thanks for the update. I'm so... -

Laura...how sweet of Eric to get you that bear!! I probably would have gotten all teary over it. I saw that bear around Xmas time and was gonna get it. I have the hugest Beanie Baby collection ever. I like the bears the best and that bear looks just like a Beanie. Believe it or not I was one of those people who hunted out EVERY Beanie Baby... -

Andrea...most of the BioSET practitioners arent trained for clearing pathways and the more extensive stuff that Anna is doing. I think the pathway stuff is only done by her and a few other practioners...I think they are all here in the Bay Area. From what Anna had told me before it was only like 3 or 4 practitioners doing this type of metabolic treatments... -

I feel blessed too. Its kind of a "lonely" illness...cuz noone can really relate and we cant partake in all of the "normal" activities....like eating and drinking. Its nice that we have the people who DO understand (and I'm grateful that my list of understanding people is longer than the other list ) and of course...the support from all you... -

Yeah...they all have mold. I cant have any of the nut butters....peanut butter is by far the worst though....then probably cashew butter. I used to get sick from almond butter too but it would take a day or so to start feeling it. I tried nuts in the shell....out of the shell....organic...conventional...and yup...they all have mold. Walnuts are pretty... -

Peanut Butter is evil. I dont like it anymore. Well....ok ...when I think of having it with some jelly on Wonderbread...then yeah...peanut butter....mmmm....yummy. Donna...arent you sensitive to molds??? I thought you were?? For me peanut butter has probably been the worst thing....its been disastrous every time I tried it. I'm really... -

Lisa, I'm sorry you had such a bad day with the bladder stuff. I looked up DMSO. I dont think its generally used as chelator....which means its probably not as powerful as what I'm familiar with (DMPS and DMSA). It doesnt sound like its very toxic or unsafe. It says it has a flushing effect of toxins. I'm sure the dose used for the test... -

If anyone is interested...tomorrow Oprah will be about Autism. I plan on watching but I'll be at BioSET....so will have to watch it later. I also asked about being the "in-store" job coach for the Autistic boy at work. We dont know yet whether or not he will lose the job coaches in June...its still up in the air. Anyways for now....yeah...I'm gonna... -

Good point Carla. I agree......and I also think there are alot of alternative Dr.'s out there who are doing the same thing that the conventional Dr.'s are doing...treating symptoms. Its just that they are going about it in a different manner. Either way.....its covering stuff up. The best Dr.'s are the ones who dont do this. Instead of throwing... -

Miamia, I dont know how your visit with your Dr. went....hopefully it went well and you are feeling less confused. Sometimes one Dr. just cant get you where you need to be....even if that Dr. is good. When I started going to HN (where Donna goes now) I thought the Dr. was the BEST I'd come across....and he was at that time. He was very knowledgeable... -

Miamia, I thought about this today at work. Its so hard to answer because of amount of things that I'm sensitive to and the severity of the illness, etc. My mom does think that BioSET has made a big and noticeable difference. It may be true that while I've been going there I have improved alot...no doubt about it. However, I think alot of... -

It does depend on the source of mercury and also the type of poisoning (acute or chronic). Toxicity from amalgams would be from vapors and a blood test or standard urine test would not be useful. It would not show up. I'm pretty sure poisoning from fish can show up in this type of testing. My conventional Dr.'s did test me (blood and urine) and these... -
I will pray for her....hope she recovers soon. If the thyroid suddenly produces large amounts of hormone its called "thyroid storm"....it can be life threatening so its good that shes in the hospital. Does she have Graves Disease or was she on thyroid hormones? It can happen to people with Graves or people who take more hormone than their body requires...

Mercury can cause frequent urination. Yeah....it can cause damage anywhere in the body. About the SeaCure. I took it about a year ago and stopped. I was too sensitive to take supplements. At the time the Dr. I was seeing was focused on leaky gut. I took some stuff like the SeaCure to attempt to heal my intestines. Nothing he gave me worked and I felt... -

Lisa, The pill is the chelator used for the urine test. It basically is used for pulling mercury and other metals out to be excreted in your urine. Its a "provoked" urine test....the metals in your urine would then be measured. Dont do anything you're not comfortable with. Did the Dr. discuss anything with you....or just gave you the kit?? A pill is... -

NGG... This isnt exactly true. The best test is the provoked urine test....but the hair analysis is SAFER. Mercury does not always show up in hair analysis. In fact....a person can be highly mercury toxic and have LOW levels of mercury in hair analysis. My own hair analysis was low for mercury. A provoked urine test gives a more clear picture of mercury...
