    Donna....ME TOO!! I spray and run like heck!! For me...its not just the bugs I'm running from (spiders are the worst ) but also the SPRAY itself!! Stupid chemicals.

    You can get it from fish (mercury) or other sources...aluminum, lead, etc. The most common is mercury toxicity from amalgams...the ADA says this is not harmful....dont believe it. The fillings are 50% mercury and its been proven time and time again that the mercury leaks out and gets stored in tissue. The ADA now (after many years of denial) acknowledges...

    Bev, I did a low histamine diet last summer. Avoiding these foods does help me....I'm still following that diet. ...but I still have alot of other stuff I'm avoiding too. I posted alot of scientificness about the histamines on the OMG thread sometime last year. I had also asked the Dr.'s to test my histamines levels...which turned out to be normal...

    Hey...thats the same spot I get those "ovary pains"....from the alien baby. What does it mean?? I noticed that the pains came back while I was on NDF....but I also had added in new foods...which I think may have been causing it. I started back on NDF today. I think my kidneys had a good rest. I'm only doing one drop....every OTHER day....

    When I get to work everyday....first thing I do is go into my co-workers office and steal his ordering gun. He's the guy who's now doing my old job.     Marriage was never a big deal to me. I broke up with the people that wanted to marry me. There was only one person I felt like I really wanted to marry....and of course...as fate would have it....I got dumped. Anyways...marriage isnt that big a deal to me again.     YAY for normalness....and getting dressed up...and painted nails and forgetting EVERYTHING and just having FUN!! I miss doing my nails.     Yeah. I wish my problems would have been lessened this way. In the beginning when all the crazy stuff starting happenning to me...everyone was telling me to not worry about it and eventually it would go away on its own. It never went away though...not even for a day. I dont think this kind of logic works for mercury poisining.

    I think there is alot of truth in this theory... I've heard this about a gazillion times when I used to post on the Candida boards and when I look at my situation I think it must be true. I dont know that there is any way to *prove* just what the immune systems' intention is when it allows Candida to overgrow with heavy metals present....
