    Julie, This is where my focus is as well...I wonder how they can identify a deficiency (or can they)? Another thing I've been thinking about is carbs...particularly starches like potatoes, yams, rice, all that stuff. I get histamine reactions from too many carbs. I've read that too many carbs can lead to a rise in histamine levels...due to intestinal fermentation...

    Thanks Elisabet, Right now if it comes back elevated I dont have "master" plan in place....will have to work on that. I'm on a histamine restricted diet and I'll stay on that regardless of what the test says. Also, if it is positive I'll want to try and figure out why....something must be causing the levels to stay high. Hopefully my docs can help with...

    ROFLMAO!! That almost made me spit out the water you guys have inspired me drink now. Ummm...no I dont usually pull a Rachel with the water...it was a requirement for my ultrasound. I had to do it twice so far. They want you drinking 40 oz. of water an hour before the test. Then you have to hold it for over an hour until they let you relieve yourself...

    I'm going through withdrawl cuz I want ice cream and I cant have it....not until tomorrow cuz my ice cream maker is like 80 miles away from me right now. Tomorrow me and my ice cream maker will be reunited and I will feel much more at peace....albeit a little brain-freezed.

    Yeah...and I actually do feel better when I make a consious effort to drink more. Well....except for when I drink massive amounts all at once and disturb the alien baby....then I dont feel so good.

    Yeah and even on sale the fake bread cardboard stuff is almost 5 bucks! It just doesnt seem right. Almost seems like they should give it away....seeing how some people wouldnt even eat it if you payed them to.

    Ok...so its almost the end of the day and my big orange jug is soooo not full....as predicted. In fact....I barely reach the lowest measuring line on the jug.     Just got back from the store...was grabbing my pears and guess what was right above them on the produce rack?? A tube of polenta! Organic too. I bought it but not sure when I'll try it...kinda scared. Hopefully if its good I dont pull a Rachel and eat the whole thing at once.
