    Is she still symptomatic as well?? If you're certain its not from CC then I would check into gut infections..bacteria, yeast or parasites can all prevent healing. Parasites are very difficult to diagnose but as many as 85-95% of people have them...with or without symptoms.

    The answer is yes...heavy metal toxicity can cause serious damage to the gut and to the intestinal lining. Mercury vapor (from amalgams) is especially damaging to the gut.     Yup...charcoal totally helps me if I get that "toxic" feeling...it especially helps with the brainfog. I take it as needed...not on a daily basis... it doesnt only bind toxins but the good stuff as well. I still dont test well for any other binders...charcoal is still the only one I can tolerate.     Yeah...I have cysts and at least one fibroid. I know I had the cyst on my ovary and I also have a lump behind my ear that showed up right around the time my thyroid went hyper.     Carla...Yup, I have/had most of the symptoms listed for parasites on various lists I've seen. I was pretty convinced I had a parasite over 3 years ago...but unfortunately I still had my HMO and the Dr. was saying I couldnt have parasites since I havent been to a 3rd world country. I also couldnt possibly have mercury or candida either. Morons...

    Here are some of the symptoms caused by parasites....but of course they can be caused by other infections as well. It seems like once the balance is upset we're getting alot of different infections. So far I've had the C. Diff, yeast and now this parasite. I'm sure thats not gonna be the end of the story but getting the mercury out should make it possible...

    I agree! The same thing happened to me about 2 years ago. I felt really bad after eating cool whip....it couldnt have been caesin because I ate organic ice cream for 9 months without getting those symptoms. It was definately the chemicals for me.

    Yeah...I guess we do!! I dont think Dr. M. would do a LED for mercury on her until after her amalgams are removed. I met another patient in his clinic....she was having LED's but was not gonna be able to have the mercury LED because she was still in the process of removing the fillings. I'm sure Lisa will have LED's for her other issues...

    It really seems like all of the treatments I've done have helped alot as far as things going so smoothly with chelation. Amy agreed that I probably really benefited from the LED's....especially having that sulfa treatment. The 2 that I had a noticeable detox reaction from were the sulfa and mercury treatments. Since the Lyme and babs are not showing...

It sucks that I still cant take any other binders but she said that charcoal does the job...and thats the main thing.
