    I read on numerous sites that those who are gluten sensative or celiac ,a small % have bad reactions to coffee? Does this hold any truth or is it caffeine versus gluten that doesn't match??

    Yeah this is why I had major testing done before falling on food allergies.Blood tests galore,MRI,echo scan of abdomin and kidneys etc ,came back neg.I truely hope the best for you and a speedy recovery

    Yeah I did some tests.Last week I noticed an increase in symptoms Friday after I ate bacon and eggs for dinner on Thursday.I also always eat eggs and bacon weekends I drive to my parents it's a weird tradition.I then spend my weeks mon/Tuesday /Wednesday feeling like crap.Tense neck/shoulders,body pain and sensative to light and sinus pain/ear fullness.so...

    I've been off gluten totally for a little over two weeks.Some interesting results have come from this.Without going into detail lets just say my BM are no longer pale in color or smelly.Now I'm more regular and seemingly less bloated and more hungry than I used to be so I see all this as positive.     Since my last gluten episode two Fridays ago I've been having this problem since going gluten free.Everytime I eat especially carbs I get tired? This started after I went gluten free ohh and also caffeine free .I find this odd indeed?

    I had the thyroid tests t-4 and tsh apparently both normal ? Ill be asking for my physical results(paperwork Friday) .Also iron and vitamin deficiencies however not sure which ones?     Thanks for the answers I appreciate them all. Im glad to have read that my symptoms fall into the celiac symptoms. Since allergy testing won't discover this I'm upset to hear that.
