  1. Thanks srall and bartfull for the encouragement. Unfortunately I cannot exercise because I am too weak right now. When will the fatigue and muscle weakness start improving? I've actually gotten worse the last couple of days.
  2. Have you seen a dermatologist for the rosacea? I also have rosacea and use two different prescription creams to keep it under control. Finacea and Noritate.
  3. It's been about 3 weeks now that I've been gluten free -- with one medication mishap. I was really looking forward to finishing the testing and going gluten free so that I would feel better. But I don't feel better. I'm not as sick as I was during the gluten challenge, but I'm not better. I still have major fatigue and muscle weakness every single day...
  4. Scary! I'll be curious to know how you feel off of soy.
  5. Good luck. Let me know how it goes.
  6. LOL! Starkist gold can is soy free. Costco Kirkland tuna is soy free and cheaper. I had no idea I was eating so many things with soy in them. It's shocking to me.
  7. Thanks for letting me know. It's interesting to me to know how it affects others.
  8. Thanks, Peg! I never would have thought to check my lip gloss for soy! Ugh.
  9. Do you have a problem with soy lechtin as well?
  10. Can you share your ranch recipe?
  11. Did you notice whether your dogs felt any better on a grain-free diet? Or is there no difference to them?
  12. Starkist gold cans do not have soy. It's just tuna and water. I'm really caught off guard by the soy intolerance, which happened, as far as I can tell, the same time as I developed either Celiac or gluten intolerance.
  13. I discovered it was in tuna after tuna started making me sick and I was trying to figure out why. Before that I never knew there was soy in tuna.
  14. Vegetable oil can contain soy and not include it on the label?
  15. Thanks! It makes me nauseated, too, and makes my head foggy. I am keeping a food journal. Good advice about GMO. I didn't realize soy was a part of that. It's so frustrating that California just voted down labeling GMO foods. Also, I was shopping for flours yesterday and it seemed that most of them contained soy lechtin. Ugh.
  16. If you have a soy intolerance, are the symptoms the same as being glutoned? I suspect I now have a problem with soy, but I'm not sure since this is all so new to me.
  17. Here are the new blood test results: IgA 223 (reference range is 81-463) Transglutaminase IgG Result <3.0 (less than 6.0 is negative) Transglutaminase IgA Result <3.0 (less than 4.0 is negative) Endomysial Ab (IgA) only says Negative. No reference numbers. Gliadin (Deamidated) IgG Result 4 Reference Range <20 Antibody Not Detected...
  18. I've emailed the manufacturer, and have left messages on the company's phone, but they are not responding to me. Does anyone know if the Solaray Multidophilus 3 Billion are gluten free? (Sorry if this is a stupid question, but I am new at this ) Triple Strain Probiotic Blend (3 Billion** Living Organisms) L. Acidophilus (over ...
  19. I do know she took samples from other areas, but I don't know where, although I thought it was the colon. But I don't really know. Maybe that explains it though. Of course, she told me about the biopsies when I was coming out of the anesthesia -- so no wonder I don't remember!
  20. I had my tests yesterday. Should have results in 10 days or so. I had gluten free chicken soup when I got home, but my stomach has hurt ever since. Still hurts. Is that normal?
