  5. Personally, since I've gone gluten-free I've grown about 3 inches total. You're still young. I went gluten-free at the age of 18 and those 3" came after 18. No need to worry yet.
  6. Newbie here, but a great tool to determine how many calories you can eat each day is the BMR formula for women. The formula is Women: BMR = 655 + ( 4.35 x weight in pounds ) + ( 4.7 x height in inches ) - ( 4.7 x age in years ). This is just a basic guideline.
