  1. i'm curious-what is a geographic tongue? Can you see maps on it? lol. Seriously though, curious what that is. Also it sounds like you should get tested for sure. Or eliminate gluten for a month to see how you feel?
  2. Alot of makeup has gluten in it. Could be making it worse. Most topical things I've tried help with the itch, but only briefly and they don't help the rash go away at all.
  3. I don't know. From what I've read here, Iodine can trigger it. So that could be it as well.
  4. Dang...you should try to find a dermatologist that can get you in today. That's a pretty bad flare up. It looks like mine have in the past. I have an appt this afternoon with a derm.
  5. Tested negative for the Celiac Panel, but I expected that. The line work in my tattoo swells up and I assume that's because it's already damaged skin - I've had it for 6 years though. That's the most annoying part. I'm experimenting with gluten free for a month to see if it improves. It's been almost a week and It was getting better, but it seems to flare...

  7. I guess I have a good primary care pyscian. I told him I thought it was gluten and he agreed. So we did the celiac panel. I'll know the results in a day or two. He also referred to me an allergist if we need to go that route. He gave me a cortisone shot as well. Not really sure what that is gonna do, but we'll see!!
  8. I have been seeing my family doctor about my rashes for the last few months. All he has told me so far is it's a food allergy and he gave me the DexPak -13 day dose which helped.
