  1. Do you think it could have been the raisans? I know If I ate anything with raisans three days in a row, I would have those same reactions. Canyon Bakehouse Ancient Grain bread is also excellent. Maybe you could try that and see what your reaction is.
  2. I tried them and had a gluten reaction. I talked to their represenative and she said there are no gluten ingredients but their scientists said the raw materials do contain gluten. They still thought they were safe for gluten intolerances. I am a diagnosed Celiac and couldn't take them. I haven't been able to find a replacement for them.
  3. I started taking Digestive Advantage for Intensive Bowel Support. After a few days I started having pains in my stomach & bowel problems. I looked at the ingredients and found out it contains wheat.
  4. After being gluten-free and DF for two months, I'm beginning to suspect nightshade intolerance. These include potatoes, tomatoes, and peppers. Symptoms feel just like I ate gluten. You may want to try staying away from these and see what happens.
