  3. I can't say for sure, from cross-contamination, could be anything from the 6 nuts i had 2 days ago that were made in the same facility as gluten but doesn't say it on the package, to those 2 vegetables i ate yesterday from spices that also may be in touch with gluten to that coffee i tried again since last week this morning. As far as knowing for sure...
  4. I always been a very starving person, eating 5 to 6 meals a days and even bigger meals when I wasn't bloated constantly and when it got bad I would starve so much that I would eat a meal right before going to bed and get nauseous and starving during my sleep cycle, that's how hungry I would get. Well I guess it changed a little from the fact I don't get...
  5. I read about how some people feel nauseous for days from the tinniest cross-contamination so I wonder how some people who been off gluten for a while can manage a gluten challenge for a few days, wouldn't eating actual pure gluten make you feel very ill instantly and thus preventing you eating any other bite of gluten for days? Or maybe it's because I...
  6. Wen I arrived home today, my roommate who is already eating gluten-free for personal reasons(she doesn't have any severe intolerance) cooked a whole meal of veggies for me and before I ate it I asked her if it was gluten-free and she said yes. Well i took a first bite and I could taste the clear taste of cayenne pepper and I knew exactly which package...

  13. Uh? i didn't know what? Why do people always assume when I ask a questions that I already have my own answer and just ask to ask.
  14. Um very nice, you succeeded in getting me scared as s$#& now, apparently if that's what you have you will likely die from it. Guess going gluten-free won't do much for it. I'll definitely get it checked. It something I have honestly felt all my life though, but before it would happen very rarely, but as gluten symptoms showed up, it felt all the blockage...
  15. Well I do plan to get che It's not the shortness of breath that makes it hard to walk, just my legs feeling very tired.
  16. I think I'll just avoid nuts for now as I can't have peanut butter either at the moment or any nut butter, it makes my gut bloated and give me cramps, too bad it's my favorite food, I could eat peanut butter day and night. I couldn't find certified gluten free nuts in any store, I'll see if I can find them but I only will if it says gluten free.
  17. I guess they are cross contaminated, I had 6 and my gut feel like crap now, this is very fun, another glutening and one more item to cross off the list. 23. Of all all the symptoms I get, this is the one that annoy me the most, constipation is getting better, digestion too, energy as well but asthma is just being evil.
