  1. What you are descrying though is psychosis, which is all in your head, my symptoms are purely physical. The "panic attack" is from shortness of breathe which I get even without smoking but weed makes your heart rate faster and make it harder to breathe then I get the other abdominal cramps, I don't think my body is weird or get anxious about delusional things...
  2. I had it for years and it never caused any panic attack, the shortness of breath and panic attack happened when the gluten symptom showed up 3 months ago. Before that I would smoke 2 ounce a month without problems. Now if i take a lite bit of it, i cant breathe and feel i got glutened.
  3. Hope you don't buy those gums, they pretty much all have sorbitol and if you take too much you'll get bad diarrhea
  4. I definitively miss my gluten-free bread, cereal and rice noodles but since I was already having NO energy I figured it would be best to replace it with things that are rich in nutriments like veggies and nuts and more meat. I take spirulina which from the brand I take has a lot of vitamins B12 and zinc and A, I also have a multi-vitamin supplement I would...
  5. No it's definitively not panic attack, I had them a lot recently but less since I cut a few stress factors out like actually finding a job. When it's panic attack it seems as if I won't make it through the day and I get pain in my neck and just worry. When it's asthma, my breath is just running low and it's just very difficult to breathe, there is some panic...
  6. I honestly have no clue anymore, one day I eat a type of food and I'm ok then the next I get symptoms. I though I was doing good with a rice mix with sweet potatoes red pepper, celery, salad and chicken well nope. Now I get bloated from all over my intestine (colon, liver, intestine) I been having this food for a whole week, and another week or 2 prior to...
  7. Its a source i been using for a long time not some street crap and it has given my symptoms and sometime not but more often it did give me symptoms. The hemp protein gave me stomach burn.
  8. I have asthma pretty much every day even though I never got diagnosed for it nor do i take anything for it.I also get asthma attack from smoking weed, which I never had before. It just pass usually though. Just stay calm, one thing I figured help is yawning, somehow that let's the air pass through easier. When in happens I try to not reach out for air too...
  9. um, learn to control your anger, if you have the energy, do exercise, go outside. Really on your husband?
  10. Probiotics is to give you the good bacteria, if you have too much of the good stuff you don't need to take them anymore, at least stop taking them and see if it gets better.
  11. I see people saying they felt relief and got better as soon as they started the diet and I see people still struggling 10 years down the road. In my case, I can say that this is by far the worse I've ever felt in my entire life, just staying awake drains all the little energy I barely have, I can't do any physical activities anymore and I used to workout...
  12. Well one reason is i cant tolerate jack atm, once i know what is safe for me, ill have more options. Its hard to get variety from cutting out all your prefered meals, peanut butter, oatmeal, honey, grains, bread.
  13. I had it for a while and in big enough quantity but since i got gluten symtoms, it just make me feel bad now.
  14. Is that even possible? I didn't smoke in 3 days and today I did quite a little but not extra and I get all the cramps, asthma, spams as if I had been glutened. Could be food related, I also tried hemp protein today. Regardless, I'll definitively have to give this a break, since I was good for 3 days I figured why not, bad idea.
  15. If you are celiac and not just intolerant, its for life and yes it will kill you. Symtoms are, abdominal pain, constipation, cramps, nausea, fatigue, brain fog.
  16. Well I guess i gotta start them to get used to it, probably can skip it and not have it every day, just good to add some extra proteins. Btw here is a good multi vitamin I know is gluten free, not sure for corn though. Open Original Shared Link or different size Open Original Shared Link
  17. What about prison? Doubt they'll give much of a damn to give you a strict gluten-free diet there.
  18. And do you feel good now? Or still exhausted? I don't see how you could go with only a banana, i eat 3 scramble eggs and a 200ml smoothie with fruits and I need to eat 3 hours later because I'm STARVING and feel no energy, then once i get my a good portion of all those nice veggies i can last another 3 then same thing again then again last another 3 and so...
  19. I'm wondering if beets would be a great addition because I would cook with the the carrots and beefs.
  20. Since milk chocolate gives me problem which it never did before I made chocolate from cacao powder coconut oil and white honey and damn I ate 8 squares (ice cube size) and I'm looking at the other 4 and wonder how I'll cope not eating them, I can look at gluten and crave it bad but this is just so hard because I can digest it and it taste so freaking good...
  21. Well if I could eat ANYTHING else like you know, oatmeal, milk, peanut butter, tomatoes(Still not sure about this one yet)? It wouldnt be a problem to have a good variety, Plus trying to stay away from corn, bread, cereal as they are high in carbs and many people recommend not eating them.
  22. So right now I get 3 cooked eggs and a fruit shake made of almond milk, starting tomorrow I'll be adding hemp protein and chai seeds to it, hopefully I digest that fine. Then i get my usual raw sweet potatoes, celeries, red pepper, salad, brown rice with olive oil and cumin seed with chicken breast. Which i eat twice a day in generous portions as I get...
