It will be my first Thanksgiving being gluten free. Eating at my brother and sister in laws. They are going to make the turkey, however they will make regular gluten stuffing but bake that separately and not stuff the bird at all. I volunteered to make the gravy (gluten-free of course). I know what you mean. I have lost 20lbs and it was all fluid retention. I saw my nutritionist today, haven't seen her for about 6 months, and she didn't even recognize me! Only person that ever minimized my symptoms or wondered if it was all in my head, was my primary physician, who I have now fired. Don't let anyone tell you it's all in your head... -
