Hope this doesn't sound to dumb but is coconut milk actually milk or is it the juice like stuff that you see when you crack open a coconut? Where did you buy the coconut milk your talking about? Does anyone know if this is gluten-free and cf? I was positive it was and when I just was on the Delphi list checking on Tylenol I looked for this Promethazine and I couldn't find it. Are the Extra Strength Rapid Release Gels the same as the Extra Strength Gel Caps?
