I am headed to Branson in July for a family vacation. Does anyone have any recommendations on places to eat? I would love to eat somewhere other than the major chains. I saw that The Pasta House has a gluten-free menu. Has anyone tried their gluten free pasta?

I understand that there are quite a few restaurants that have gluten free menus. My question is, do most of these restaurants prepare the gluten free items to where they will not be cross contaminated? Applebees, Chilis, Red Robin: these are just a few of the places that I know have gluten free menus. Any ideas?

Has anyone tried any essential oils for digestive issues? I have seen an oil called DigestZen that is for a multitude of digestive problems included Gastritis, IBS, and Crohn's Disease. I don't trust that the oil is going to solve my celiac but wandered if anyone has used it when they get "glutened". I was diagnosed with Celiac in Novmeber and have noticed...
